In AC At a very young age, he joined Catholic Action. During his university years, he joined the Italian Catholic Federation of Catholic University Students (FUCI), where he became president of the men's branch of the Ambrosian archdiocese.
Bronze medal for military valor

Driven by a profound love of freedom, he did not hesitate, even as a father of four, to join the Resistance after the armistice, distinguishing himself as a leader and leader. Captured, he stoically endured threats and torture, revealing nothing that could harm partisan activity. Taken to Fossoli, he confirmed his lofty ideals and his steadfastness, paying the price of his great love for Italy with his execution.
