During the Youth Jubilee, Italian Catholic Action promoted several activities aimed at everyone.
29 of July: Presentation of the book AVE “A good beating. With Frassati on the road to the Highest” at the San Paolo bookshop in via Conciliazione, in the presence of the authors (Emanuela Gitto, Lorenzo Zardi, Don Michele Martinelli), with Cardinal Marcello Semeraro.
30-31 July in the square in front of the New Church of Santa Maria in Vallicella
An exhibition dedicated to Pier Giorgio, a young enthusiast, a contagious believer and a "mountaineer of faith" MEET PIER GIORGIO FRASSATI and many young people from many countries have been able to get to know Pier Giorgio.
August 1th In the church of Santa Maria sopra Minerva (Dominican Fathers) where from 26 July to 4 August it was possible to venerate the relic of Pier Giorgio's body, the Italian Catholic Action and the Canonization Committee animated a meeting at 17pm Eucharistic Adoration with Pier Giorgio in front of the Blessed Sacrament, at 18pm Eucharistic celebration presided over by HE Mons. Claudio Giuliodori, General Assistant of Italian Catholic Action, with a large participation of young people (some of whom kept vigil over the relic day by day).
August 2th in Tor Vergata, during the Vigil presided over by Pope Leo XIV, at the moment of adoration, everyone prayed in front of themonstrance coming from the Chapel of Perpetual Adoration of the parish of Sant'Antonio Abate in Turin which Pier Giorgio frequented like other Piedmontese saints starting with San Giovanni Bosco.
