O Father of mercy, you gave to the youthful ardour of Blessed Don Giuseppe Rossi, parish priest of Castiglione d'Ossola, the strength and courage to give his life, even to suffer a vile and tragic martyrdom for his fidelity to your holy people, not fleeing before the rapacious wolves, who oppressed with a harsh yoke the freedom and work of our people.
