BIOGRAPHICAL NOTES AND PROCEDURE OF THE CAUSE

Ezio Marengo

December 2, 1937, Sommaria Bosco, Cuneo – October 7, 1953, Turin

Ezio Marengo, born in Sommaria Bosco (Cuneo) in 1937, and had Carlo Carretto as his godfather. Following his father, who, as a municipal secretary, moved to various towns, up to the offices in the Municipalities of Caraglio and Boves, Ezio entered the Seminary of Cuneo in 1948, but already the following year leukemia persecuted him with a progressive corrosion of his organism. He lived his ordeal with the generosity of an adolescent and with the hope of overcoming it to spend his life for the "so much good to do" in the service of Jesus. He died at the Molinette hospital in Turin in 1953.
