The day on which the Catholic Church celebrates the feast of All Saints is the best day to stop and pray with them and remember the countless men and women of Catholic Action, assistant priests who have given a total testimony of love to the following of Jesus by giving us an AC school of holiness as a challenge for today too.
They are our most authentic identity card as Catholic Action.
This year we are on our way to the Synod, we want to thank the Lord for the many young witnesses of AC, our traveling companions, who are venerated in many local Churches and who are known throughout the Church.
We trust in their intercession for the next few months in which we will work in our dioceses, in our groups, in our life realities with all young people on the themes of the Synod, in particular to encourage moments of listening and meeting with young people by our bishops and of the bishops participating in the Synod.
A SIMPLE PROPOSAL
We offer you a concrete way to celebrate the feast of All Saints: on November 1st we encourage you to change your profile picture on social media with the image of your favorite witness!
In the list we propose you will find young people from different countries, young people who have made life choices in AC.
The list begins with Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati who has always accompanied us, in particular after his beatification in 1990.
Let's celebrate the solemnity of All Saints together!
