Italian Catholic Action (ACI)

On the first anniversary of the canonization of Saint Pier Giorgio Frassati and Saint Carlo Acutis on September 7, 2025, we invite Catholic Action throughout the world to remember Saint Pier Giorgio with the words of Pope Leo XIV during his homily

Pier Giorgio met the Lord through school and ecclesial groups – Catholic Action, the Conferences of St. Vincent, the FUCI, the Dominican Third Order – and he bore witness to this with his joy of living and to be a Christian in prayer, in friendship, in charity. (...) Even today, the life of Pier Giorgio represents a light for lay spirituality.

We offer 3 days of preparation on the anniversary day, Monday, September 7, 2026.

On a personal level, in the Catholic Action group, in the parish, in the diocese

Participate in the Eucharistic celebration, Eucharistic adoration, pray the Rosary, organize a meeting with friends, perform a charitable act...

We invite you to use and share the slide who also follow on social media FB IG
