O God the Almighty Father who has revealed to us Your eternal love in Your Son Jesus and in the Holy Spirit, we thank you for having given us in Giuseppe Castagnetti an admirable example of an earthly father and a Christian committed to society with a true spirit of service. He, in listening to Your Word, obedient to Your will, with the support of prayer and the intervention - invoked and obtained - of the Blessed Virgin Mary, gave testimony of humility and charity towards others, without aspiring to earthly successes solely striving to incarnate the Gospel in his daily work.
